This policy explains how LUDINO LIVE and its affiliated companies (“LUDINO,” “we,” or “us”) process personal data collected through the LUDINO LIVE app, LUDINO LIVE LITE, ludino.live, and related services (collectively, the “LUDINO Services”).

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide and improve the LUDINO Services. This may include information you provide directly and information collected when you use our services.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the LUDINO Services.
• Manage accounts and provide customer and technical support.
• Review content and enforce our policies.
• Personalize content and advertisements based on activity.
• Protect users, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.
• Create aggregated, non-personally identifiable analytics and business insights.

How we share information

Your information may be shared with other users when your profile or activity is public; with service providers supporting payments, analytics, operations, and security; with authorities when required by law; and with affiliates or a buyer as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction.

International transfers and security

Your data may be stored and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those in your jurisdiction. We use safeguards intended to support compliance with applicable regulations. We also use measures such as encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect personal data; however, no online service can be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can use in-app settings to manage privacy preferences, location access, cookies, and certain data-processing choices. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data; withdraw consent; or object to processing. Submit requests to feedback@ludino.live.

Children, retention, and updates

LUDINO LIVE does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we discover such data, we will take steps to delete it. We retain information while your account remains active and as otherwise required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request account deletion through app settings or by email.

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the LUDINO Services after an update means the revised policy applies. California residents should also understand that applicable privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act may supplement this policy.

This agreement governs your use of LUDINO LIVE, LUDINO LIVE LITE, ludino.live, and related products and features (the “Services”). By registering for or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Special notices

The agreement is between you and LUDINO TECHNOLOGY LLC or one of its affiliates. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, Wyoming, USA. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any community, safety, broadcaster, or feature-specific rules made available through the Services.

We may revise this agreement from time to time. The current version will be made available through the app’s About Us area. Continued use of the Services after a revision means you accept the revised agreement.

2. Services and content

User-generated content

LUDINO LIVE lets users livestream, chat, join voice interactions, post messages, and create or share text, sound, images, video, code, and other materials (“User Content”). Users may add music, graphics, stickers, virtual items, and other LUDINO LIVE features. Views expressed by users, including through virtual gifts, do not represent our views or values.

Discovery and community protection

We may show advertisements, offers, sponsored content, products, and services that may interest you. We also use people, processes, and technical systems to detect misuse, combat harmful conduct, and protect the community.

Global service

Operating a global service requires us to store and distribute content and data using systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. Ludino Technology and its affiliates may operate or control this infrastructure.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Third-party sign-in services handle information under their own privacy policies.

You can request account deletion through Me → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. If you need help, contact feedback@ludino.live. Once deleted, an account cannot be reactivated and its content or information may not be recoverable.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information and how you can manage your privacy while using the Services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or distribute illegal, obscene, defamatory, or abusive content; impersonate another person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or violate applicable law. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

6. Virtual items and payments

You may purchase virtual diamonds (“Diamonds”) and virtual gifts (“Gifts”). Purchased Diamonds and Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Available payment methods may include cards and other supported methods.

7. Intellectual property

The LUDINO LIVE platform, trademarks, features, and owned content are the property of Ludino Technology LLC or its licensors. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content as necessary to provide and operate the Services.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are to be resolved through arbitration in Wyoming, USA, subject to applicable law.

LUDINO LIVE respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects every user to do the same.

Copyright infringement

Our platform rules do not allow livestreaming or uploading content that infringes another party’s copyrights. You are responsible for making sure you own—or have permission or another legally valid basis to use—the content you share.

Not every unauthorized use amounts to infringement. Copyright laws may recognize fair use, fair dealing, or other jurisdiction-specific exceptions. This policy is not legal advice; seek independent legal counsel if you are unsure about the rights to content you plan to use.

Our role as a platform provider

As a U.S.-incorporated service provider, LUDINO LIVE follows the safe-harbor procedures in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and respects other applicable copyright laws. We respond to valid notices and may remove or disable access to infringing material.

Enforcement

When we determine that a user has infringed copyright, we may remove content, suspend or terminate the account, or refuse new registrations. We may treat a user found to have infringed copyright two or more times as a repeat infringer.

Submitting a takedown notice

A copyright owner or authorized representative should provide:

1. Legal name and complete contact information.
2. A description of the copyrighted work and the copyright owner.
3. A precise description or URL showing where the disputed content appears.
4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A request to remove or disable access to the material.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the affected user in accordance with applicable law.

LUDINO LIVE responds to law-enforcement and other valid legal requests for user data in accordance with its terms, privacy policy, and applicable law.

Types of requests

Required request information

Requests must be on official agency letterhead and include the legal process, agency and agent names, badge or identification number, official email, direct telephone number, mailing address, requested response date, the specific user’s LUDINO LIVE ID or UID, and a precise description of the information requested.

We may reject requests that are incomplete, invalid, overly broad, vague, unclear, or unduly burdensome. If a request is not in English, an English translation is encouraged. We generally disclose no more information than legally necessary.

User notice and consent

We generally notify users before disclosing their information unless notice is prohibited by valid legal process or law, could create a risk of injury or death, or involves potential harm to minors. When a nondisclosure order expires or is overturned, we may notify the affected user. A consenting user should ordinarily be directed to obtain available account information through their own account.
